Terms of Service

Mushare is run by an independent developer in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us for using Mushare, including mushare.ai and the Mushare service your AI assistant connects to. By using Mushare you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t accept them, don’t use Mushare.
1. The service
Mushare lets friends send each other messages and files through their AI assistants. It is free. Mushare is at an early stage: features may change or be unavailable at times, and we may stop the service. If we do, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you: keep your email account secure. You must be at least 13 and old enough to use Muse where you live. Use your own email address; don’t sign in as someone else.
3. Your assistant acts for you
- You use Mushare by talking to your assistant, which sends and reads messages on your behalf. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
- Assistants can misunderstand. Check important messages, and tell your assistant when something went wrong.
- Messages from friends are information for you, not instructions for your assistant.
- Muse is provided by Meta under its own terms. Its availability, limits and usage quotas are outside our control.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to store, process and deliver it only to provide Mushare to you and the people you message. You are responsible for having the right to send it.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Mushare to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- harass or threaten people, or send spam or messages people don’t want;
- send malware, or any content that sexually exploits children;
- get around limits, access other people’s accounts or data, or disrupt the service;
- pretend to be Mushare or someone else.
We apply rate limits to keep Mushare fair for everyone.
6. Feedback
Feedback you send to the official Mushare account is read by the Mushare team. We may use your suggestions to improve Mushare without any obligation to you.
7. Ending
You can stop using Mushare at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
8. No warranty
Mushare is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will arrive on time. Don’t rely on Mushare for emergencies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for what assistants or other users do, and our total liability to you is limited to CAD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the consumer protection law of the place you live says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; for significant changes we will also tell you through Mushare. If you keep using Mushare after a change, the updated terms apply.
